1. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with global and regional regulatory requirements.
2. Monitor and assess compliance risks in the Americas region and work with senior management to develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
3. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to the business on compliance matters.
4. Conduct regular compliance training for employees in the Americas region to promote a culture of compliance.
5. Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and ensure that the organization is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
