  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the technology roadmap for Asset and Liability Management (ALM) initiatives.
  2. Lead the delivery of ALM technology projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery while adhering to budget and resource constraints.
  3. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and technology teams, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of ALM technology solutions.
  4. Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments in the financial services industry, and proactively identify opportunities for leveraging new technologies to enhance our ALM capabilities.
  5. Manage and mentor a team of technology professionals, providing guidance and support to drive their development and ensure the overall success of the ALM technology function.
  6. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management, and proactively identify and implement mitigation strategies.
  7. Collaborate with other technology leads to ensure consistency and alignment in technology solutions across the organization.
  8. Participate in the development and implementation of best practices and standards for ALM technology delivery.
  9. Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to ALM technology, and ensure compliance within the technology solutions.
  10. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the ALM technology team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Technology Delivery, Preferably In A Financial Services Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Agile Methodologies And Experience Leading Agile Teams.

  • Solid Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
