  1. Develop and implement strategies for governing and overseeing the use of AI across the organization.
  2. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and regulatory guidelines related to AI governance and ethics.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure responsible and ethical use of AI in all business processes.
  4. Conduct regular audits and assessments of AI systems to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with ethical standards.
  5. Provide guidance and training to employees on responsible AI practices and ethical considerations.
  6. Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the use of AI, including data privacy and security protocols.
  7. Monitor and track AI projects and initiatives to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with ethical standards.
  8. Act as a liaison between the organization and regulatory bodies in matters related to AI governance and ethics.
  9. Communicate with stakeholders at all levels to promote a culture of responsible AI use and compliance.
  10. Stay informed about emerging technologies and their potential impact on the organization's AI governance and ethics framework.
  11. Collaborate with external partners and experts to stay informed about best practices in AI governance and ethics.
  12. Lead the development and implementation of ethical principles and standards for AI use within the organization.
  13. Regularly report on the organization's AI governance and ethics framework to senior management and stakeholders.
  14. Proactively identify and address any potential ethical or regulatory issues related to AI use within the organization.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on AI governance and ethics, providing guidance and support to other teams and departments within the organization.

Job Qualifications
