Responsibilities:

1. Transport patients to and from medical appointments in a safe and comfortable manner.
2. Ensure compliance with department and hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
3. Assist with patient transfers from wheelchairs, beds, and stretchers.
4. Ensure patient safety and comfort by following infection control guidelines.
5. Monitor patients’ vital signs and document in patient’s medical record.
6. Assist with the loading and unloading of patients and their belongings.
7. Answer questions and provide support to patients and their families.
8. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned vehicles.
9. Report any incidents or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
10. Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor.
