- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the technical and engineering departments within Baptist Health South Florida.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and optimize processes within the technical and engineering departments.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and standards related to technical and engineering operations.
- Lead and mentor a team of technical and engineering staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and address any technical or engineering issues that may impact the organization.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and manage annual budgets for the technical and engineering departments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute long-term plans and goals for the technical and engineering departments.
- Ensure the safety and security of all technical and engineering operations, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to promote professional development and growth.
- Represent Baptist Health South Florida in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Operations And Engineering In A Healthcare Setting.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Projects And Operations Within A Healthcare Organization.
Extensive Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Regulations, Standards, And Best Practices.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Technical Professionals.
