
Teacher, Early Learning Center
Baptist Health South Florida is seeking an experienced, motivated, and passionate Early Learning Center Teacher to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is committed to developing and nurturing young minds through creative and engaging educational activities. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of early childhood development and experience in the field of early learning. If you have the necessary qualifications and are excited about the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children, then this could be the perfect fit for you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field• Current certification in the state of Florida to teach in a childcare setting• At least one year of experience teaching in an early learning center setting• Ability to build effective relationships with children and their families• Skilled in developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculums• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals• Excellent organizational and time management skills• Passion for providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children• Positive, patient, and enthusiastic attitude
Responsibilities: • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculums in line with early childhood development standards • Create and lead engaging activities and experiences to foster learning and development • Monitor children’s progress and adapt curriculums to meet their needs • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children and their families • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals • Maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children • Follow all state regulations and standards for early learning centers • Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines • Keep accurate records of children’s progress and development • Participate in professional development opportunities
