  1. Maintain inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of medical supplies at all times.
  2. Receive and inspect all incoming supplies to ensure quality and accuracy.
  3. Prepare and package supplies for delivery to different healthcare facilities.
  4. Utilize computer systems to accurately track and update inventory levels.
  5. Collaborate with healthcare staff to identify and fulfill supply needs.
  6. Communicate with vendors to place orders and resolve any supply-related issues.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  8. Monitor and report any supply shortages or discrepancies.
  9. Follow proper storage and handling procedures for all supplies.
  10. Assist with regular inventory audits and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols while handling supplies.
  12. Train new supply technicians and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  13. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to supplies.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve supply chain processes and efficiency.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to the mission and values of Baptist Health South Florida.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Supply Chain Or Logistics Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Supply Chain Management Principles And Practices, Including Inventory Control, Procurement, And Distribution.

  • Proficiency In Using Supply Chain Software And Databases, Such As Sap Or Oracle.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Tight Deadlines.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Other Departments And External Vendors.
