5+ Years Of Experience In Environmental Services Management: Candidates Should Have A Strong Background In Environmental Services Management, With At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role. This Experience Should Demonstrate A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Staff, Budgets, And Operations In A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of Environmental Safety And Sanitation Regulations: As A Supervisor Of Environmental Services, Candidates Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Relevant Regulations And Guidelines Related To Environmental Safety And Sanitation. This Includes Knowledge Of Osha, Epa, And Joint Commission Standards.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Employees And Collaborate With Other Departments. This Includes The Ability To Provide Clear Direction, Delegate Tasks, And Address Any Issues Or Concerns That May Arise.
