Senior Medical Staff Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Medical Staff Office Manager in a variety of administrative and clinical duties.
2. Provide customer service to medical staff and other stakeholders.
3. Maintain records and databases of medical staff information.
4. Assist with scheduling, credentialing, and onboarding of medical staff.
5. Assist with problem-solving and conflict resolution.
6. Demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
7. Foster an environment of excellence in healthcare.
8. Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and reporting.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
10. Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
