- Lead the implementation and management of Service Now within the organization, ensuring its effective integration with existing systems and processes.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions using Service Now.
- Analyze current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions using Service Now.
- Create and maintain documentation for Service Now processes, procedures, and configurations.
