Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and coordinate the efficient and effective utilization of operating rooms.
2. Manage and maintain room capacity within the operating rooms.
3. Analyze and adjust room utilization in order to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Provide guidance on scheduling decisions to ensure patient safety and optimal resource utilization.
5. Work with other departments in the hospital to ensure timely patient flow.
6. Track and analyze data in order to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
7. Develop and implement strategies to improve room utilization and enhance patient flow.
8. Communicate effectively with various hospital departments and staff to ensure timely and accurate scheduling.
9. Monitor compliance with hospital policies and procedures related to room utilization.
10. Prepare reports for the executive team and other stakeholders.
