Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement high-quality training and education programs in resuscitation and simulation.
2. Assess patient assessment, resuscitation, and simulation needs.
3. Develop and monitor patient education and training programs.
4. Provide exceptional training and education to staff members to ensure quality patient care.
5. Utilize excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills to collaborate with team members.
6. Monitor and evaluate resuscitation and simulation activities.
7. Remain up to date with current medical simulation and resuscitation practices.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training and education programs.
