- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Urgent Care Services department.
- Provide guidance and support to a team of Registered Nurses, ensuring high quality patient care.
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor and assess patient care to ensure that it meets or exceeds established standards of care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
- Conduct performance evaluations for nursing staff and provide ongoing feedback and mentoring.

Valid Rn License And Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Registered Nurse Supervisor At Baptist Health South Florida Must Possess A Current And Valid Rn License In The State Of Florida, Along With A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing. This Ensures That The Candidate Has The Necessary Education And Credentials To Effectively Supervise And Manage The Urgent Care Services At Baptist Health.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Urgent Care Or Emergency Medicine: To Be Considered For The Position Of Rn Supervisor For Urgent Care Services, Candidates Must Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working In Urgent Care Or Emergency Medicine. This Experience Provides Them With The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Handle The Fast-Paced And High-Pressure Environment Of An Urgent Care Facility.
