- Provide specialized and compassionate care to newborns in the NICU unit.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
- Monitor and assess the health status of newborns, including vital signs, feeding, and developmental milestones.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate and support families on neonatal care and provide emotional support during difficult times.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution
Current And Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Florida
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Nicu)
Basic Life Support (Bls) And Neonatal Resuscitation Program (Nrp) Certifications
Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment.
