Registered Nurse - Neurosurgical ICU

Baptist Health South Florida is looking for an experienced, passionate, and committed Registered Nurse to join our Neurosurgical ICU team. As a Registered Nurse in our Neurosurgical ICU, you will be an integral part of our team and will provide guidance and support to other members of the healthcare team.We are seeking a Registered Nurse with a minimum of two years of experience in a critical care setting, as well as experience with ventilators and mechanical ventilation. You must have an active Florida license as a Registered Nurse, as well as current certification in BLS/CPR, ACLS, and PALS. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be a team player, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality care. In addition, you must have a strong sense of organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
