Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Registered Nurse Case Manager At Baptist Health South Florida Must Have A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Strong Foundation In Nursing Principles And Practices.
Active Rn License: A Current And Active Registered Nurse License Is A Must For This Role. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Met All The Necessary Requirements To Practice Nursing In The State Of Florida.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Clinical Experience: Baptist Health South Florida Requires A Minimum Of 3 Years Of Clinical Experience As A Registered Nurse. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Strong Understanding Of Patient Care And Can Provide Effective Care Coordination.
Case Management Certification: Having A Case Management Certification Such As The Certified Case Manager (Ccm) Or The Accredited Case Manager (Acm) Is Preferred For This Role. This Certification Demonstrates The Candidate's Expertise In Case Management And Care Coordination.
