- Provide compassionate and dedicated care to patients with cardiovascular conditions.
- Utilize strong background in cardiovascular nursing to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
- Monitor and document patient responses to treatments and medications, and communicate any changes or concerns to the physician.
- Educate patients and their families on cardiovascular disease management, prevention, and self-care strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends and developments in cardiovascular care and incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to assess and manage complex patient situations.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards in the delivery of patient care.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and families during difficult times.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for patients.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Serve as a resource and mentor to other staff members, including new nurses and nursing students.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution.
Current And Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Florida.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Cardiovascular Setting.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls) Certification.
Strong Critical Thinking Skills And The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced, High-Stress Environment.
