Quality Assurance Nurse

At Baptist Health South Florida, we are looking for a motivated and talented Quality Assurance Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert nursing care to our valued patients, while also ensuring the quality of care is up to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess a current nursing license, as well as a BSN degree from a recognized college or university. Additionally, you should have a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, and a strong understanding of current regulations and quality standards in the medical field. Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert nursing care to patients in accordance with current regulations and quality standards.
2. Monitor the quality of care provided to ensure the highest standards are met.
3. Collaborate and communicate effectively with clinical staff to ensure quality care is provided.
4. Research and interpret current regulations and quality standards in the medical field.
5. Provide guidance and direction to clinical staff when needed.
6. Identify areas of improvement and implement changes accordingly.
7. Prepare and maintain accurate records of patient care.
8. Ensure all policies and procedures are followed in clinical settings.
9. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on quality initiatives.
10. Remain up to date on best practices for quality assurance.
