Plant Operation Compliance Coordinator

Baptist Health South Florida is looking for a highly motivated Plant Operation Compliance Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable state, federal, and local regulations as well as with Baptist Health standards. Responsibilities: • Establish and maintain up-to-date records of all applicable state, federal, and local regulations and Baptist Health standards. • Monitor and review operational procedures and policies to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. • Develop and implement compliance initiatives to ensure operations are conducted in accordance with regulations and standards. • Educate and train staff on compliance initiatives and requirements. • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance. • Analyze and investigate incident reports to identify potential areas of non-compliance. • Investigate and respond to complaints related to non-compliance. • Maintain open lines of communication with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. • Travel to various locations as needed to monitor and review operations. • Remain informed of changes in regulations and standards and update records accordingly.
