Baptist Health South Florida is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Physician Practice Services Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Physician Practice Services Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the physicians in the practice.This position requires an individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, in addition to the ability to work well with a wide variety of physicians, staff, patients, and vendors. The successful candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative and operational support to physicians in the practice.
  2. Coordinate with staff, patients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  3. Monitor and maintain physician schedules.
  4. Assist with patient inquiries and scheduling.
  5. Follow up on patient communications and appointment reminders.
  6. Maintain and update practice records.
  7. Prepare and submit insurance claims and other documents.
  8. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  9. Handle sensitive patient information with discretion and confidentiality.
  10. Assist with budgeting and financial management.
