- Provide exceptional patient care: As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based care to patients in our Outpatient Rehabilitation department. This includes performing evaluations, creating treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic techniques to help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team: You will work closely with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients. This requires excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation: You will be responsible for accurately documenting patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with departmental and regulatory standards. This documentation is crucial for ensuring continuity of care and billing purposes.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Physical Therapy: Candidates Applying For This Position Should Have A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Physical Therapy. A Master's Degree In The Same Field Is Preferred And May Be Required For More Advanced Positions.
Valid State License: All Candidates Must Possess A Valid State License To Practice As A Physical Therapist. This License Should Be In Good Standing And Meet Any State-Specific Requirements.
Minimum 2 Years Of Experience: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Physical Therapist In An Outpatient Rehabilitation Setting. This Experience Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Work Independently And Manage A Diverse Caseload.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Physical Therapist, Effective Communication Is Essential To Building Relationships With Patients And Collaborating With Other Healthcare Professionals. Candidates Should Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills.
Knowledge Of Current Rehabilitation Techniques And Equipment: The Field Of Physical Therapy Is Constantly Evolving, And It Is Important For Candidates To Stay Up-To-Date On The Latest Techniques And Equipment Used In Outpatient Rehabilitation. Experience With Various Modalities And Equipment, Such As Ultrasound And Electrical Stimulation, Is Desirable.
