In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine blood collection procedures in a professional and courteous manner.We are looking for a Phlebotomist who is self-motivated and patient-centered with a passion for providing exceptional healthcare services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of phlebotomy experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. A high school diploma or GED is required. Responsibilities of a Phlebotomist: -Perform routine blood collection procedures in a professional and courteous manner -Be organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment -Provide exceptional healthcare services and patient-centered care -Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare providers -Maintain accurate documentation of patient data and blood collection procedures -Adhere to safety protocols and standards of practice -Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment -Remain current on phlebotomy techniques, procedures, and regulations
