Patient Hospitality Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Patient Hospitality Specialist who is passionate about providing excellent service to our patients at Baptist Health South Florida. The ideal candidate should be a team player, have excellent customer service skills, and a strong commitment to making our patients feel welcome and cared for.The Patient Hospitality Specialist is responsible for greeting and providing support to patients and visitors in the hospital setting. This position requires a compassionate and patient-focused individual who is able to provide exceptional service while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The successful candidate will be able to maintain a professional attitude while interacting with patients and their families.Required Qualifications:• High School Diploma or GED• Previous customer service experience• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Ability to work with diverse populations• Basic computer skills• Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital procedures• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
