Patient Experience Concierge

We’re looking for an experienced, passionate, and dedicated Patient Experience Concierge to join the team at Baptist Health South Florida! As a Patient Experience Concierge, you’ll be responsible for managing the patient experience from start to finish with a focus on providing excellent customer service. You’ll be working closely with our patients, families, and care teams to ensure that everyone is receiving the best care in a timely and respectful manner.The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service in a healthcare setting, excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

1. Manage the patient experience from start to finish, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
2. Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and care teams to ensure that everyone is receiving the best care in a timely and respectful manner.
3. Respond to patient inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
4. Foster an environment of customer service excellence and ensure that all patients and families have a positive experience.
5. Maintain patient records and document all interactions with patients and families.
6. Monitor patient flow and manage wait times to ensure that patients are seen in a timely manner.
7. Provide support to patients and families during their care journey.
8. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and coordinating communication between patients and care teams.
9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations and processes.
10. Adhere to all safety and privacy guidelines.
