  1. Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Schedule appointments for patients and confirm necessary information such as insurance coverage and personal details.
  3. Collect and verify patient information, including insurance and demographic information.
  4. Ensure accuracy and completeness of patient records and update information as needed.
  5. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries.
  6. Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  8. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal patient experience.
  9. Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality policies and procedures.
  10. Use computer systems and technology to schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
  11. Attend training and education sessions to stay updated on industry trends and practices.
  12. Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork.
  13. Communicate any issues or concerns to the appropriate department or supervisor.
