OR Tech Assistant

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing surgical assistance to the orthopedic department, while demonstrating a commitment to patient care and safety.We are looking for a professional with excellent communication skills, the ability to read and understand medical terminology, and a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities: -Provide surgical assistance to the orthopedic department and ensure patient-centered care. -Read and understand medical terminology and protocols related to the orthopedic department. -Maintain a high level of communication with all members of the healthcare team. -Maintain accurate documentation and records of patient care. -Maintain a safe and clean working environment. -Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. -Monitor and evaluate patient progress and provide feedback and recommendations to the healthcare team. -Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols in the OR. -Assist surgeons in pre-operative and post-operative care. -Participate in continuing education activities and professional development.
