Medical Assistant

Responsibilities: • Assist physicians and staff in providing patient care in a clinical setting. • Greet patients and provide them with a positive experience. • Handle patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and other administrative tasks. • Prepare and maintain medical records. • Update and maintain patient information in electronic medical records. • Administer injections, perform basic lab tests, and provide other medical services as directed. • Monitor patient vitals and perform other medical assessments. • Ensure medical instruments and supplies are properly stocked and maintained. • Follow established safety protocols and adhere to HIPAA laws. • Participate in continuing education and training to stay current with medical procedures and standards.
