Manager Research & Prospect Management

1. Conduct thorough research on potential donors to identify their philanthropic interests, capacity for giving, and potential connection to Baptist Health South Florida.
2. Develop and maintain a prospect pipeline to support fundraising efforts, including tracking and managing prospect information and moves management.
3. Collaborate with fundraising team members to develop strategies for cultivating and soliciting prospective donors.
4. Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect research and fundraising activities in the organization's database.
5. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in prospect research and fundraising to continually improve the organization's efforts.
6. Prepare and present reports and presentations on prospect research and fundraising activities to leadership and other stakeholders.
7. Manage a team of researchers and prospect managers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
8. Communicate effectively with donors, prospects, and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive and professional relationship.
9. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to prospect research and management.
10. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and communications, to ensure consistent messaging and branding in fundraising efforts.
11. Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive donor information.
12. Support and contribute to the overall mission and goals of Baptist Health South Florida.
