We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Manager Patient Experience to join our team at Baptist Health South Florida. As a Manager Patient Experience, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional healthcare experience for our patients and families. This is a critical role in our organization that requires a strong leader who can foster a culture of exceptional service and lead our team of patient experience personnel.The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in healthcare patient experience, preferably in a large healthcare system, and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of patient experience personnel to deliver exceptional healthcare experience to patients and families.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient experience and ensure quality standards are met.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics to ensure patient experience goals are achieved.
- Identify areas of improvement to enhance the patient experience and develop solutions to address those areas.
- Partner with other departments to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Create and maintain relationships with patient advocacy groups to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Analyze patient feedback to identify trends and develop action plans to address those trends.
- Stay abreast of new technologies and best practices in patient experience management.
- Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
