Additionally, a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field is required. The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the admitting department, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
2. Manage the performance of the department’s staff, including providing guidance and direction.
3. Monitor and analyze departmental trends and performance metrics to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
4. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer service.
5. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
6. Research and implement best practices for admitting processes.
7. Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
8. Prepare and present reports and analyses to senior management.
9. Monitor budgetary and financial performance, and recommend corrective action as needed.
10. Participate in departmental meetings and trainings.
