Manager - Ambulatory Surgery Center

Baptist Health South Florida is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead our Ambulatory Surgery Center. This position requires a leader who is able to think strategically and collaboratively while effectively managing daily operations.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or a related field, a minimum of five years of healthcare management experience in a multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center, and a current registered nursing license in the State of Florida. Responsibilities:

1. Lead the daily operations of the ambulatory surgery center, including all clinical and administrative activities.

5. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards, including those set by the State of Florida and other health care organizations.
6. Act as a liaison between the center and other health care providers, insurance companies, and community organizations.
7. Monitor and analyze data related to the center's performance and patient outcomes.
8. Facilitate communication and collaboration between the center and other healthcare providers.
9. Develop, review, and update policies and procedures related to the center's operations.
10. Participate in professional development activities to stay abreast of current trends and best practices in ambulatory surgery center management.
