  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall patient experience at Baptist Health South Florida.
  2. Lead a team of patient experience advocates and provide guidance and support to ensure exceptional patient care.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  4. Conduct regular trainings and workshops for staff to promote a patient-centered culture and enhance their customer service skills.
  5. Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers to address any concerns or issues and ensure timely and effective resolution.
  6. Monitor patient satisfaction surveys and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with patients and their families to gather feedback and suggestions for enhancing the patient experience.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in patient experience and incorporate them into Baptist Health's practices.
  9. Serve as a role model for exceptional patient care and customer service, and inspire others to do the same.
  10. Continuously evaluate and assess the effectiveness of patient experience initiatives and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
  11. Foster a positive and welcoming environment for all patients, visitors, and staff.
  12. Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to develop and implement patient experience campaigns and initiatives.
  13. Prepare and present reports on patient satisfaction and experience to senior management.
  14. Participate in special projects and committees related to patient experience as assigned.
  15. Uphold Baptist Health's mission and values in all interactions and activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Patient Experience Or Customer Service.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Collaborate With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Professionals.

  • Strong Understanding Of Patient Experience Best Practices And Proven Ability To Implement And Lead Initiatives That Improve Patient Satisfaction.

  • Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting, With A Focus On Using Data To Drive Performance Improvement And Enhance The Patient Experience.
