Job Description

At Baptist Health South Florida, we are looking for a Lead Business Development Representative to join our team and help us continue our mission of providing exceptional healthcare to the communities we serve. This position is critical to our success, as the Lead Business Development Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential business partners, as well as identifying new opportunities to grow our business.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in business development and a desire to exceed expectations. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential business partners.
  2. Identify new opportunities to grow the business.
  3. Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with partners.
  4. Remain highly organized and detail-oriented in order to ensure accuracy.
  5. Strategize and think creatively in order to identify new opportunities for growth.
  6. Track and analyze performance metrics to assess success of partnerships.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure success of business development initiatives.
  8. Develop and execute strategies for generating leads and increasing sales.
  9. Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities.
  10. Provide customer service and support to existing partners.
