Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome patients and families entering the facility, and provide excellent customer service in all interactions.
2. Verify insurance information and collect co-pays.
3. Process payments, prepare and post charges.
4. Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department.
5. Schedule appointments and maintain patient files.
6. Ensure accurate and efficient data entry into the facility’s electronic medical records system.
7. Maintain a professional and friendly environment in the front office.
8. Ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the front desk.
9. Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
10. Monitor and re-order supplies as needed.
