  1. Greet and welcome patients in a warm and friendly manner as they arrive for appointments.
  2. Schedule patient appointments and treatments in an efficient and accurate manner.
  3. Effectively communicate with patients to gather necessary information and answer any questions or concerns.
  4. Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure availability and proper scheduling of appointments.
  5. Maintain patient records and ensure all necessary information is accurately entered into the system.
  6. Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for treatments.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service to patients by addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Keep track of appointment cancellations and reschedule as needed to optimize clinic efficiency.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and seamless patient flow.
  10. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
  11. Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers to ensure a positive and satisfactory experience.
  12. Continuously strive for process improvement and suggest ways to enhance the patient experience.
  13. Proactively identify and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues.
  14. Keep track of patient wait times and take appropriate measures to minimize them.
