Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter imaging documents into the electronic health records system.
- Monitor data accuracy and integrity within the electronic health records system.
- Monitor recordkeeping performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations relating to digital records management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the electronic health records system.
- Develop and implement processes to improve recordkeeping efficiency.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to digital records management.
- Train and mentor staff on digital recordkeeping procedures and protocols.
- Assist with other projects and tasks as needed.
