Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction.
2. Maintain strong relationships with patients and ensure their needs are met in a timely manner.
3. Schedule and coordinate appointments for patients.
4. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and provide solutions.
5. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of patient information.
6. Maintain a positive attitude and be flexible and adaptable to changes.
7. Adhere to all customer service standards and guidelines.
8. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
9. Stay up-to-date on new developments in customer service and healthcare.
10. Assist with any other duties as assigned.
