Clinical Trials Nurse, Oncology Research

Baptist Health South Florida is looking for an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Clinical Trials Nurse to join our Oncology Research team. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering comprehensive care to our patients in the clinical trials setting. This individual will be responsible for working with the research team to ensure that all trials are conducted in accordance with the protocols.The ideal Clinical Trials Nurse, Oncology Research will have a minimum of two years of nursing experience and experience working in a clinical research setting. The successful candidate must possess extensive knowledge of clinical research principles and regulations, as well as exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred but not required. All candidates must possess excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing our patients with the highest level of care.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage clinical trials in accordance with protocols and regulations.
2. Provide comprehensive care to patients within the clinical trials setting.
3. Monitor and assess clinical trial progress and patient safety.
4. Collaborate with the research team to ensure quality outcomes.
5. Maintain accurate records and data collection.
6. Communicate with the research team and other stakeholders regarding clinical trial progress.
7. Ensure that all clinical trial activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations.
8. Assist with the development of clinical trial protocols and regulatory documents.
9. Monitor patient compliance and provide education and support.
10. Monitor the financial aspects of clinical trials.
11. Participate in the development of research-related policies and procedures.
12. Address any issues that arise during the clinical trials process.
