Clinical Support Technician

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical and operational support to Baptist Health South Florida's clinical staff.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues related to medical equipment and procedures.
3. Assist in the training and onboarding of new clinical staff members.
4. Maintain accurate records of patient data and clinical activities.
5. Monitor and evaluate clinical staff performance.
6. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws.
7. Assist in the development of new procedures and protocols.
8. Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.
9. Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
