- Dispensing and managing medication orders: The Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for accurately and efficiently dispensing and managing medication orders for patients, ensuring proper dosage, labeling, and administration.
- Collaborating with healthcare team: This role will involve working closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication therapy for patients.
