Clinical Partner CNA, Neuro Telemetry

Baptist Health South Florida is looking for a compassionate and experienced Clinical Partner CNA to join our Neuro Telemetry team. In this role, you will be assisting patients in the Neuro Telemetry Unit and providing quality care to ensure positive patient outcomes. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for providing exceptional patient care and working in a collaborative team environment. Required Qualifications:• Current CNA certification from the Florida Board of Nursing• Current BLS certification• Previous experience in a hospital setting • Ability to read, write, and speak English • Ability to work with a diverse patient population • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly stressful environment • Working knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and regulations

Responsibilities:

1. Provide compassionate patient care to individuals in the Neuro Telemetry Unit.
2. Assist with patient transfers, bedside procedures, and other medical activities.
3. Monitor patient vitals and report any unusual changes to the nursing team.
4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient care.
6. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
7. Educate patients and their families on their treatment plan.
8. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
9. Perform basic nursing duties such as wound care and assistance with daily activities.
10. Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients and their families.
