  • Provide compassionate and exceptional patient care to oncology patients
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor patients' physical and emotional well-being and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Assist with daily living activities, including feeding, bathing, and dressing
  • Administer medications and treatments as directed by the healthcare team
  • Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
  • Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records
  • Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of patients and staff
  • Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in oncology care

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) License: A Clinical Partner 2 At Baptist Health South Florida Must Hold A Valid Cna License From The State Of Florida. This Demonstrates A Thorough Understanding Of Basic Nursing Skills And Patient Care Techniques.

  • Experience In Oncology: A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In An Oncology Setting Is Required For This Position. This Ensures That The Candidate Is Familiar With The Specialized Needs And Protocols Of Cancer Patients.

  • Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification: As A Clinical Partner 2, The Candidate Must Hold A Current Bls Certification From The American Heart Association. This Ensures That They Are Trained In Basic Life-Saving Techniques And Are Prepared To Respond To Emergencies.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial In A Healthcare Setting, Especially In Oncology Where Patients May Require Emotional Support. A Clinical Partner 2 Must Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Attention To Detail: Oncology Patients Require Personalized And Detailed Care. A Clinical Partner 2 Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail In Order To Accurately Document Patient Information And Closely Monitor Their Condition For Any Changes Or Complications.
