- Provide compassionate and high-quality patient care in accordance with Baptist Health South Florida's mission and values.
- Assist in the daily care and treatment of critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
- Monitor and record vital signs, administer medications, and assist with procedures as directed by the nursing team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on their condition, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during difficult times.
- Participate in continuing education and stay updated on the latest healthcare practices and protocols.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations.

Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification: A Clinical Partner 2 At Baptist Health South Florida Must Have A Valid Cna Certification From An Accredited Program.
Previous Experience In An Intensive Care Unit (Icu) Setting: Candidates Must Have A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In An Icu, Preferably In A Hospital Setting.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Clinical Partner 2, It Is Essential To Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Procedures: A Thorough Understanding Of Medical Terminology And Procedures Related To The Icu Is Crucial For This Role.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment: The Icu Can Be A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment, So Candidates Must Be Able To Work Well Under Pressure And Maintain A Calm And Professional Demeanor.
