- Develop and manage project plans for various clinical enterprise initiatives, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to identify project needs and goals.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Identify and manage potential risks and issues that may arise during the project lifecycle, implementing effective mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
- Lead project meetings and facilitate discussions to ensure all team members are aligned and working towards the same goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure smooth project execution and successful outcomes.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to drive efficiency and quality in project deliverables.
- Communicate project updates, successes, and challenges to various levels of leadership, including executives, to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management and clinical operations to continuously improve processes and drive innovation within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Project Management Experience, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Project Management Professional (Pmp) Certification Or Equivalent.
Strong Understanding Of Clinical Operations And Healthcare Industry Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
