Accountant - Real Estate

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and prepare financial statements, reports, and other documents related to real estate accounting.
2. Prepare monthly and quarterly closing of books, financial statements and reports.
3. Review and reconcile financial accounts, such as accounts receivable and payable, and ensure accuracy of all entries.
4. Monitor and review financial data for accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Maintain and update financial records in accordance with GAAP and other applicable laws and regulations.
6. Analyze and recommend changes to existing accounting processes and procedures.
7. Prepare and review budgeting reports and related financial analyses.
8. Assist in the preparation of financial audits and tax returns.
9. Provide support to other departments regarding real estate accounting matters.
10. Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure accuracy of financial records.
11. Provide timely and accurate financial advice to management and other stakeholders.
12. Develop and maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
13. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
