Sterile Process Technician

Baptist Health in Kentucky is seeking an experienced Sterile Process Technician who is committed to upholding the highest standards of patient care. 1. Ensure standards of patient care are upheld in the sterile processing environment.
2. Maintain a high-level of organization and attention to detail.
3. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure an efficient and effective sterile processing environment.
4. Utilize aseptic technique and high-level disinfection.
5. Communicate effectively with other healthcare personnel.
6. Troubleshoot and problem solve as needed.
7. Provide the highest quality of care to patients.
8. Maintain certification by the International Association of Healthcare Central Service Material Management (IAHCSMM).
