Staff Clinical Pharmacist

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated Staff Clinical Pharmacist to join Baptist Health (Kentucky). As a Staff Clinical Pharmacist at Baptist Health, you will provide comprehensive medication-related services to patients and other healthcare providers. You will be responsible for interpreting and evaluating prescriptions, providing medication information, and managing medication therapy for patients.To be successful in this role, you must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited college or university and be licensed as a pharmacist in the state of Kentucky. Additionally, you must have a minimum of two years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
