- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess communication and swallowing abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and patient needs.
- Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to address speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on strategies for improving communication and swallowing skills.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide cohesive and holistic care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of patient care.
- Stay up-to-date on advancements and best practices in the field of speech language pathology.

Master's Degree In Speech Language Pathology: Candidates Must Possess A Master's Degree In Speech Language Pathology From An Accredited University.
Asha Certification: Applicants Must Be Certified By The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (Asha) And Hold A Certificate Of Clinical Competence (Ccc) In Speech-Language Pathology.
State Licensure: Candidates Must Hold A Valid License To Practice Speech Language Pathology In The State Of Kentucky.
Clinical Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Healthcare Setting Is Required For This Prn Position.
Flexibility And Availability: The Ability To Work On An As-Needed Basis And Have Flexible Availability, Including Evenings And Weekends, Is Essential For This Prn Position At Baptist Health.
