  • Develop and implement Six Sigma strategies and initiatives to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare processes at Baptist Health.
  • Lead and oversee Six Sigma project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful completion of projects.
  • Analyze data and identify areas for improvement within healthcare processes, using Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including healthcare professionals and administrators, to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
  • Train and mentor team members on Six Sigma principles and methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and track progress of Six Sigma projects, ensuring timely completion and effective implementation of process improvements.
  • Communicate and report on project updates and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in Six Sigma and healthcare process improvement, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence at Baptist Health.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for Six Sigma methodologies and tools, providing guidance and support to other team members and departments as needed.
  • Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines, ensuring that all Six Sigma projects and initiatives are in line with industry standards and best practices.

  • Strong Understanding Of Six Sigma Methodology: A Qualified Six Sigma Healthcare Leader At Baptist Health Should Possess A Deep Knowledge Of The Six Sigma Methodology, Including Dmaic (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) And Lean Principles. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Lead And Manage Improvement Projects Within The Organization.

  • Experience In Healthcare Industry: The Ideal Candidate For A Six Sigma Healthcare Leader At Baptist Health Should Have Prior Experience Working In The Healthcare Industry. This Will Ensure They Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Unique Challenges And Processes Within The Healthcare System, Allowing Them To Effectively Apply Six Sigma Principles To Drive Improvement.
