
RN Palliative Care
We at Baptist Health are seeking an RN Palliative Care professional to join our team and provide compassionate, person-centered care to our patients and their families. Our ideal candidate is an experienced and caring professional who is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those facing life-limiting illnesses. To be considered, candidates must have a valid RN license in the state of Kentucky, a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, and at least two years of experience in a palliative care setting. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a desire to work collaboratively with fellow healthcare professionals, and a compassionate and understanding nature. Responsibilities:
-Provide compassionate and person-centered care to patients and their families -Develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient -Educate patients and families about palliative care and end-of-life options -Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care -Maintain patient and family confidentiality -Keep detailed records of patient care -Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team -Provide emotional and spiritual support to patients and families -Provide comfort and support during end-of-life processes
Ability To Work In A Team Environment
Current Kentucky Rn License
Bachelors Degree In Nursing
